Pakistan Cricket Match Fixing - Amir, Butt, Akmal, Asif involved?

Pakistan Defamers Exist in Cricket Team Also!!!

7 Pakistani cricket players have been alleged to be involved in fixing the current test match ongoing against England. The scene was disclosed when British Police suspected a man in defrauding the bookmakers. As the investigation grew, it was disclosed that some of Pakistan team members are involved in fixing the Lords test match.

A British Newspaper affirmed that Pakistan players have fixed the match. Scotland Yard has started investigation; they have probed some Pakistani players. Very senior players have been alleged in this regard even captain Salman Butt. Other players are Kamran Akmal, Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Amir.

Allegedly, they received 150,000 pounds to fix the match; a video also has been released in which a man wearing track suit of Pakistan Cricket Team, is counting the money. The place is being said the hotel where Pakistan Team is residing during the match. Sources say that alleged bowlers threw no balls on the specified time by the bookmakers.

Investigation going and the final results are awaited either these allegations are true or the charged players are true.

Protest Against Sialkot Murder Case

A protest call has been given by Jamat e Islami regarding the brutal murder of two innocent brothers in Sialkot. He said that on August 27, 2010 a nationwide protest would be held against the murder of two innocent brothers Hafiz Mughees and Muneeb, in Sialkot. He said that in this brutal incident government and system, both are equally responsible.

MQM Has Tabled Two Motions Against PML-N

Deputy Convenior of MQM, Dr. Farooq Sattar said that they have tabled two motions against PML-N, in National Secretariat. First motion says about the deal of Mr. Nawaz Sharif with dictators according to which he went abroad. He demanded to bring forth the facts of that deal.

Second motion is regarding the hidden relations of PML-N with Army. They accused that in the past Shahbaz Sharif and Choudry Nisar have had secret meetings with army but they could not get the confidence of the nation.

Flood Flown Away Bridge at Ratto Dero Garhi Khairo Road

Flood torrent flown away a little bridge at Ratto Dero Garhi Khairo road leaving many people and cars resourceless. Geo team was also present at that time for coverage of the flood. The lorries going towards Jacobabad were also trapped in the flood torrent.

Local people who were managing to leave the area have trapped in the flood, as well as, media teams have also facing trouble to cover the situation.

Florida Church Holding "Burn a Koran Day"

Florida church is sponsoring "Burn a Koran Day" in the leadership of Dr. Terry Jones. Dr. Terry Jones is the head of this event. He is writer of the book "Islam is of the Devil" (Nauzubillah). He is leading this event on 09/11/2010.

The church named "The Dove World Outreach Centre" situated in Gainesville, Florida is prepared for this event. Terry Jones is the pastor of the church has said that this event is being celebrated in the memory of victims of 09/11. His website is selling such T-shirts on which immodest text against Islam is written.

Facebook is also playing an advance role in popularizing this event. On May 20,2010 facebook was motivating another shameful event. Our government banned this website but after some days it was restored. Now they are again playing with sentiments of Muslims.

The spokesman of Human Rights - UN, has said that the number of recent flood victims in Pakistan has reached to 45 lac. Just in a single day, it increased with 3 lac. They also told that this flood has destroyed 2 lac 52 thousand houses also. They emphasized that aid is needed on large scale.

Karachi Tension Persistent

Last night in Karachi, several areas still underwent  through firing and torching incidents. People of Qasba Colony are facing worst situation. There is no electricity, no ration. They are surrounded by continuously 4 days. Businesses are shut. No transportation.

Last night in firing incidents 7 killed yet, and total death toll mounted to 92 in last four days. In Ittehad Town, Baldi, some miscreants torched a tooth paste factory; in orangi town some houses and in F.B area, a cold drink shop was set ablaze.

Rehman Malik, federal interior minister, visited yesterday night offices of some political parties and talked to media. He has called a meeting of MQM, ANP and PPP to analyze and control the situation.

Iranian President Survives in Grenade Attack

Iranian President Mehmood AhmediNejad has survived in mortal attack on his convoy. He was moving for a public address; During his movement an armed man thrown a grenade on him. He survived but some journalists have been wounded.

Lebanese TV has reported all this event. The attacker has been arrested. President, despite attacked, has addressed the public in Hamdan.

Raza Haider's Funeral Prayer Offered

The funeral prayer of MQM murdered leader Syed Raza Haider, has been offered in Jinnah Ground, Azizabad. In addition, his gunman's funeral has also been offered. Raza Haider will be buried in Shohdaa' Qabrustan.

Raza Haider Killed in Targeted Assault

MQM Popular Leader and MPA-Sindh from Orangi Town was killed in a targeted attack on evening of 02-August-2010. He was shot by armed motorcyclists while he was making ablution in Funeral Prayer in a masjid in Nazimabad. He passed away while he was being taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. His gunman M. Khalid Khan was also killed in the same attack. Another MQM worker namely Arsalan, in an attempt of tackling one of the attacker.




After this incident, the city is in very critical and intense conditions. There have been 46 killings reported yet after this incident. 41 vehicles are torched and tension in some areas is reported. The protests also took place in other cities of Sindh like Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Sukkur and Hyderabad.

Interior Minister Rehman Malik has advised MQM leaders of patience.

Killings in the city still going on..

Killings in karachi have been going on since two days, the victims of firing mounted to 14. Last event of killing was reported in Model Colony where a young man was killed in a firing incident.

Mianwali declared Disastered.

Special fund has been made for the victims of the flood and in a session in presidence of Mr. Shahbaz Sharif, it is decided that all cabinet members would deposit their one-month salaries in the fund. The damages and losses were also reviewed and their solutions are to be sought.

Flood is on the way

Flood from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is on the way to south of Pakistan i.e. several areas of Sindh. Some areas of Sindh have been declared vulnerable and Pak Army troops have reached for proactive rescue of the affected people.

England won the test match by 354 runs.

            Pakistan : 182 & 80.

Anderson got 6 wickets in the 2nd innings and 10 of the whole match.

Killings in Karachi

In different parts of the city, several killings have been reported. The number of killed people has been arisen to 13 in two days. The affected areas include Chakiwara-Lyari, Qasba Colony, Baldia Town, Numaish Chowrangi and Orangi Town. Most of these incidents took place last night.
