JF-17s of PAF Escort Chinese Prime Minister



Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao has departed back to China on Sunday December 19, 2010, after 3 day visit to Pakistan. Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani was there at Airport to see him and his delegation off. Additionally, members of federal cabinet and some military and government officers were also present to see Chinese Prime Minister and his delegation off.

Wen Jiabao also met Chinese citizens who are working in several projects in Pakistan, at airport who were also present at airport while his departure. Those Chinese citizens were flying red and green flags at the airport to reflect close ties between Pakistan and China.

Wen Jiabao came Pakistan in the result of invitation of Pakistan Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani. He met in Pakistan with President Asif Ali Zardari, and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, as well as, some other politicians of Pakistan. During his visit to Pakistan, several memorandums and understandings have been signed and planned to put $25 billion Chinese investment into Pakistan in next coming years. In addition, Mr. Wen Jiabao addressed parliament and called on with several people in Pakistan and urged to strengthen the mutual friendship further.


It may be recalled that Chinese Prime Minister Mr. Wen Jiabao was given a VIP welcome by Pakistan Air force. As his plane entered the Pakistan Air Jurisdiction, Pakistan JF-17 Thunder Planes surrounded his plane for his honor and and to present a VIP escort. Four JF-17 planes covered his plane till the landing on Chaklala Airbase, Rawalpindi. It was a unique type of welcome to any guest, in the world history.

Uncontrolled Car Slammed into Audience

Today on December 5, 2010, an uncontrolled car collided into the audience benches during Drag Race in Bahria Town, Islamabad. 4 died on the spot. 3 from audience and 1 car driver while 2 were badly injured.

Race was about to end a car came out of control; first it hit a pole there and then slammed into the audience.

Pakistani Hackers Retaliated to Indian Cyber Attacks by Hacking 270 Indian Websites

Another round of cyber war has been started between Pakistani and Indian hackers. Pakistani hackers have hacked and defaced 270 Indian websites and commenting that this is a retaliation to Indian hackers who had hacked 40 Pakistan government websites few days ago. The responding Pakistani hackers who are famous with the name of Pakistan Cyber Army (PCA), have hacked 270 Indian Websites including the website of Central Bureau of Investigation. Hackers claimed access to NIC root server which is hosting the website of CBI.

Though, this is not the first time when both countries' hackers are confronting each other and deface websites of rival countries. But from some past years, such cyber war activities have been being done more frequently. On Nov-26, 2010 about 40 Pakistan websites were hacked into, which includes Navy, National Accountability Bureau (NAB), foreign affairs, finance and the websites of some Islamic organizations. Now on the night between Dec-03, 2010 and Dec-04, 2010 Pakistani hackers infected websites of Indian colleges, religious institutions, companies, NGOs and CBI. CBI has registered a case of defacement of its web page in cyber crime cell, against the hackers. CBI website was down yet on evening of Dec-04, 2010. On all the hacked websites, hackers finished their messages with the words "Pakistan Zindabad". Many of the hacked webs still down.

Worst Traffic Jam in Karachi

Today, on 03 December, 2010 from 6 pm, there was worst traffic jam on many streets of Karachi. The main reason of traffic jam was the rally in Karachi regarding "Sindhi Ajrak Day", which is being celebrated tomorrow.

Traffic was jammed in many areas of Karachi in which Nazimabad, Liaquatabad, Gulshan-e-Iqbal are mentionable. Due to this prolonged traffic jam, many people were stuck on roads. Many vehicles had consumed out all the fuel. People started walking towards their destinations leaving their vehicles on roads.

Carrying Arms Prohibited in Sindh

Govt. of Sindh has imposed ban on carrying arms in whole Sindh from 1st Moharram to 12th Moharram due to ensuring security in Moharram. Home Deptt. of Sindh Govt. has issued the ban order on Friday, December 03, 2010.

Earlier, Sindh Govt. has again banned pillion riding in Karachi and Hyderabad. This order will be in effect till 12th Moharram. Citizens of Karachi are unhappy on ban on pillion (double) riding on motorcycles.

Plane Crash at Dalmia - Karachi

A plane crashed at Dalmia - Naval Society, Karachi within 5 minutes of takeoff. It was a Russian manufactured cargo plane. 12 people are reported killed of which 8 were crew staff of plane. The plane was slammed into the buildings of Pakistan Air force and Pakistan Navy residential apartments.

The plane crash happened at 1:45 am. Black Box of the plane was still missing. Four people unfortunately killed due to the crash who were there at the crash spot. Plane came from UAE and it took off to fly to Sudanese capital Khartoum. Plane's crash made a loud explosion. Police and rescue teams got at the site and cordoned off all the paths going to the crash site. People and volunteers there were trying to recover the people from the rubble. The building onto which plane fell is totally demolished. The deceased were labors belonged to Multan.

CAA has started investigation of the plane crash happened on Sunday, November 28, 2010. This is second plane crash incident in the same month and third incident in the last four months. Prior to the current plane crash, an incident took place on November 5, 2010 in Karachi.
