Pakistani Hackers Retaliated to Indian Cyber Attacks by Hacking 270 Indian Websites

Another round of cyber war has been started between Pakistani and Indian hackers. Pakistani hackers have hacked and defaced 270 Indian websites and commenting that this is a retaliation to Indian hackers who had hacked 40 Pakistan government websites few days ago. The responding Pakistani hackers who are famous with the name of Pakistan Cyber Army (PCA), have hacked 270 Indian Websites including the website of Central Bureau of Investigation. Hackers claimed access to NIC root server which is hosting the website of CBI.

Though, this is not the first time when both countries' hackers are confronting each other and deface websites of rival countries. But from some past years, such cyber war activities have been being done more frequently. On Nov-26, 2010 about 40 Pakistan websites were hacked into, which includes Navy, National Accountability Bureau (NAB), foreign affairs, finance and the websites of some Islamic organizations. Now on the night between Dec-03, 2010 and Dec-04, 2010 Pakistani hackers infected websites of Indian colleges, religious institutions, companies, NGOs and CBI. CBI has registered a case of defacement of its web page in cyber crime cell, against the hackers. CBI website was down yet on evening of Dec-04, 2010. On all the hacked websites, hackers finished their messages with the words "Pakistan Zindabad". Many of the hacked webs still down.
